What to expect from our service?
We will conduct an inspection of your property and advise the most suitable integrated treatment plan to achieve the best outcome. Misting and fogging of vegetation, hard surfaces, harborage areas and larvicide treatments where required.
Mosquito & Midge barrier treatments
You will see a significant reduction in mosquito and midge activity for up to 6 weeks. Results are dependent on environmental factors including weather, proximity to breeding grounds and treatable areas on your property.
What products we you use for barrier treatments
For residual barrier treatments we use water based synthetic pyrethroid insecticide which is modelled on nature’s own and very effective insecticide derived from the pyrethrum daisy.
We only use market leading products in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications that have been registered by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA).
Fire ants
Direct nest injection (DNI) with approved insecticides and bait spreading of insect growth regulator (IGR) or fast-acting insecticide of the area with initial treatment and further treatments as required and reporting to relevant authorities.
Pest Plant and Weed Management
Integrated pest plant and weed management solutions including broadacre applications and treatment options for potential biosecurity risks.
What is included in our services?
Inspection, treatment of target pest species, or weeds using market leading products, technologically advanced equipment, application techniques, advice and statutory reporting obligations where relevant. We are comprehensively insured for all services we undertake including public liability and our assets.
How long does a barrier treatment take to complete?
A barrier treatment will take our technician between 30-60 mins depending on the property size, vegetation quantity and density and other factors.
Are these treatments safe for my children and pets?
Short answer, Yes.
The product is effective on wide range of common household pests and is safe for humans, animals and plants but can be toxic to aquatic life.
Our technicians are highly trained and avoid treating areas near fish ponds and water sources that contain aquatic life and provide pre treatment advice regarding safety precautionary measures that can be implemented.
